WHO ARE WE ?
Xtreme Football Solutions is a player development hub for competitive youth players and adult soccer players. We specialize in technical and tactical training with an emphasis on game related fitness. Our development school is open to ALL. Our elite training programs are invite- ONLY (players can request a trial session). Our training programs operate YEAR-ROUND, players are introduced to various coaching styles and methods from around the world. We are GTA based specifically in Brampton, Mississauga and Oakville.
TRAINING PROGRAMS
Listed below are the programs we offer at XFS:
Basic Foundations Training – $450
Age: 7–14 | Length: 8 sessions (1 per week) | Start Date: Sunday, Oct 12, 2025 | Time: 4:00 PM | Location: Iona Secondary
For players beginning their soccer journey or looking to strengthen their base skills.
- Focus: Core technical skills across multiple areas
- Fun and engaging sessions designed to build confidence and understanding of the game
- Perfect for players in both competitive and recreational settings
Each player receives 2 training tops upon registration.
Finishing Training – $450
Age: 12+ | Length: 8 sessions (1 per week) | Start Date: Sunday, Oct 12, 2025 | Time: 9:00 AM | Location: Mississauga
Turn chances into goals. This program is broken into two levels:
- Level I: Shooting technique, finishing with both feet, volleys/half-volleys
- Level II: First-time finishing, off-ball movement, aerial finishing, dribbling into shots
Players progress from Level I to Level II once proficiency is demonstrated.
Each player receives 2 training tops upon registration.
Creative Footwork Training – $450
Age: 12+ | Length: 8 sessions (1 per week) | Start Date: Saturday, Oct 11, 2025 | Time: 9:00 AM | Location: Mississauga
Give your player the tools to beat defenders with confidence.
- Focus: Dribbling quality, new movement patterns, creating separation, sparking attacks
- Balance between creativity & effectiveness
- Includes coach-led drills, challenges, and small-sided games
- Designed to improve confidence, decision-making, and technical expression
Each player receives 2 training tops upon registration.
High Performance (HP) Technical Training – $450
Age: 14+ | Length: 8 sessions (1 per week) | Start Date: Saturday, Oct 11, Mississauga
For players competing in OPDL/High Performance environments who want to sharpen their technical foundation.
- Focus: Situational & tactical training with strong technical emphasis
- Training under pressure to build consistency in competitive environments
- Designed for players serious about reaching the next level
Each player receives 2 training tops upon registration.
RUNZ Training Program – $450
Age: 14+ | Length: 8 sessions (1 per week) | Start Date: Saturday, Oct 11, 2025 | Time: 6:00 PM | Location: Highland View Park
Compete. Adapt. Improve. The RUNZ Program is all about learning through game play.
- Small-sided games and competitive environments
- Focus on confidence, decision-making, and high-performance output
- Designed exclusively for High Performance players
Each player receives 2 training tops upon registration.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW DO I REGISTER?
All new players will recieve an email with our registration form as well as an injury waiver and an image consent form. Upon receipt of all registration documentation , players will be able to register for training by purchasing sessions via e-transfer.
IS XTREME FOOTBALL SOLUTIONS A CLUB?
No, we are not . All of the players who train with us belong to their own clubs.
HOW MUCH DO TRAINING TOPS COST?
All players in the XFS program are required to purchase 2 tops for $40.00 (HST included) as training tops are mandatory at all training sessions. Players can purchase extra tops at $20.00 each by reaching out to our admin team.
WHAT ARE THE LOCATIONS FOR TRAINING?
The majority of XFS training is done in the Erin Mills area of Mississauga, however weekend training is also offered in Brampton. Specific field sites are shared with parents/ players upon entrance into an XFS program.
WHAT IS THE XFS POLICY ON MISSED SESSIONS/ AND OR CANCELATIONS?
If a player is unable to attend a session they've already paid for , it is the player/parent's responsibility to notify XFS via email/ text 24 hours prior to the session start time. Players who do so, will be charged a $5.00 administration fee for session refunds. Failure to notify 24 hours before will result in loss of session with no refund. Emergent situations are handled on a per case basis.
DOES XFS GET PLAYERS SIGNED?
XFS is not an agency, however we do network with agents if a player demonstrates the ability to transfer from the amateur level to the pro game. We do not guarantee or promise opportunities to any player, our primary objective is player development.
